All hail the chief! For quite awhile I had been eyeing a Ringside Announcer figure from a certain Wrestling line, but I wasn’t sure how to make it work as a custom. I had initially wanted to use him for either a Bruce Wayne or a Clark Kent, but it just didn’t have the proper body proportions.

As it turns out, I was just approaching the project all wrong. I saw fellow customizer Arkeyon’s Lex Luthor, which used this same Ringside Announcer figure. This convinced me the figure could work after all. I adapted Arkenyon’s recipe and opted for more of an older Luthor, as seen in the “Kingdom Come” story line. The head from a Big Bam Bigalow figure turned out to be a surprise twist, essentially being a perfect look-alike for the Alex Ross Lex Luthor design.
